There are still eight days before the first competition events get under way, but over 1.75 million tickets have already been sold for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, including more than 700,000 since the start of the Olympic Games, with ticket stocks for many sessions already close to running out. Great opportunities remain to experience the thrill of watching world-class French and international Para athletes compete in the same iconic, city-centre venues as for the Olympic Games.

There are still plenty of tickets available for as little as €15, giving people the chance to experience the excitement of the Games with emblematic Paralympic sports such as Para Athletics at the Stade de France, Wheelchair Tennis at Roland-Garros, Para Swimming at Paris La Défense Arena in Nanterre and Wheelchair Basketball at Bercy Arena.
From €15, you can also discover Paralympic sports that have no Olympic equivalent, such as Boccia and Goalball (Paris South Arena).

Tickets are still available for the opening ceremony, from €150. For the first time in the history of the Paralympic Games, the public will be able to take part in an unprecedented and exceptional opening ceremony, which will take place outside a stadium as part of grandiose celebration of Para athletes and their performances in a breathtaking setting. The Paralympic Games will open in the heart of Paris, in and around the largest and most beautiful square of the city: the Place de la Concorde.
Tickets are also still available from €45 for the Paralympic Games closing ceremony. The public will be able to experience the final festive moments of Paris 2024 during a great moment of communion with the Para athletes, at the Stade de France. It’s a ceremony that will be characterised by celebration and emotion as the Paris 2024 Games come to a close.
Availability for some of the sports most popular with the public is now almost zero: Wheelchair Fencing (Grand Palais), Para Taekwondo (Grand Palais), Para Track Cycling (Vélodrome national de St Quentin en Yvelines), Para Equestrian (Château de Versailles), and Blind Football (Eiffel Tower Stadium). This is also the case for the Paris Centre Discovery Pass, certain finals such as the Wheelchair Rugby final at the Champ de Mars Arena, the Wheelchair Basketball finals at Bercy Arena and the Blind football semi-finals and final at the Eiffel Tower Stadium. As with the Olympic Games, Paris 2024 is inviting spectators to visit the official ticketing website, tickets.paris2024.org, regularly to make sure they don't miss any new ticket releases. Tickets can also be purchased via the official resale platform up to 12 hours before each session.
Para Athletics ticket sales at the Stade de France are also very strong, with almost 500,000 tickets already snapped up. Sales are set to exceed those of the 2003 World Athletics Championships, also held at the Stade de France, when 530,000 tickets were purchased.
A French team determined to extend their medal haul from the Olympic Games
From 29 August and for 11 days of competition, the French public will have many opportunities to come out and cheer medal hopefuls: Marie Patouillet in Para Track Cycling (time trial) on 29 August at the Vélodrome national de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines; Alex Portal and Ugo Didier in Para Swimming on 29, 31 August and 3 September at Paris La Défense Arena in Nanterre, Pauline Déroulède in Wheelchair Tennis from 30 August at Roland-Garros; Lucas Mazur in Para Badminton on September 2 at the Arena La Chapelle; Arnaud Assoumani in Para Athletics on September 4 at the Stade de France; the French Blind Football team from September 1, with a potential final on September 7 at the Eiffel Tower stadium... and many more.
