With 108 days to race day, Comrades runners are urged to get on top of their training plan and be part of tomorrow’s (Thursday, 22 February 2024 at 19h00) second Comrades Webinar, tailored for the ultrarunner.
The Comrades Marathon Association (CMA) has implemented a series of online training sessions to empower runners for the 97th edition of The Ultimate Human Race, on Sunday, 9 June 2024.
Comrades Coach, Lindsey Parry has encouraged athletes to sign up and be part of the online sessions, saying, "The Comrades webinars provide a great guide towards preparations for race day. Runners will also be able to pose questions to the panel and get tailored advice to improve their running.”
Incorporating a total of eight webinars in the build-up to this year’s 49th Up Run, the webinar schedule includes general information as well as novice-specific and women-specific sessions.

The 97th Comrades Marathon will be an Up Run on Sunday, 9 June 2024, starting at the Durban City Hall at 05h30 and ending 12 hours later at the HollywoodBets Scottsville Racecourse in Pietermaritzburg.
